SweetDelight Returns, Damages, and Cancellations Policy

At SweetDelight, we take pride in crafting high-quality candy that brings joy to our customers.

Because our products are edible and perishable, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns.

Damaged, Melted, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [sweetdelighthelp@gmail.com] with the following.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Important:

  • SweetDelight is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If your package is damaged during transit, you must contact the shipment carrier (USPS,UPS) directly to file a claim.
  • We will gladly assist you during the claims process if needed.

     

    Cancellations

    If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.

    After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in production or shipping.

    Important Notes

    • We are not responsible for delivery delays once a package leaves our facility.
    • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
      Incorrect addresses may cause delays or misdelivery.
